Farfalle Parmigiano

Recipe Ingredients
400g Diced Chicken
200 g Smoked Bacon Lardons
8 florets Broccoli
100 g Grated Parmigiano
400 g Farfalle Pasta
2 tbsp Crème Fresh
2 tbsp Double Cream
1 clove Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
Method
Heat olive oil in a frying pan
Add bacon lardons or pancetta
Add salt and pepper and garlic (you can use garlic oil)
Add 400g of diced chicken
Cook 400g of farfalle pasta in separate pan
Add broccoli (small pieces – can be raw or pre-boil it in water)
When really hot, add Crème Fresh (2 tablespoons) and add Double Cream (2 tablespoons)
When oil mixes with creams add a good handful of grated parmigiano
Mix cooked farfalle pasta into the pan and stir for 5 minutes
