Jam and Coconut Traybake

Recipe Ingredients
225g Caster Sugar
225g Soft Butter or 180ml of oil
275 Self Raising Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
4 beaten eggs
4tbsp milk
Method
Put everything into a mixing bowl and mix till combined.
Pour into a greased and lined foil tray.
Cook on 180/160 fan/ 4 gas for 25 mins.
Once cold, cover with jam and coconut.
