Salted Caramel Traybake

Recipe Ingredients
225g Salted Caramel flavoured icing sugar or use Salted Caramel essence.
225g soft butter or 180g oil.
275g self raising flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
4 beaten eggs
4tbs milk.
Method
Put all ingredients in the mixing bowl and beat till combined.
Pour into a greased and lined foil tray and cook on 180/160 fan/gas 4 for 25 minutes.
Buttercream
300g Salted Caramel flavoured icing sugar or plain icing sugar with the addition of Salted Caramel essence
150g butter.
Mix till soft and fluffy.
Cover the cake then drizzle on some heated Salted Caramel sauce.
